Halloumi is a traditional Cypriot cheese; that is now enjoyed by everyone the world over. Anthos Halloumi is widely regarded as one of the best Halloumi cheese producers and is registered as a P.D.O (protected designation of origin), meaning it can only be produced in Cyprus.
