Révérend Brie comes in 1kg wheels in a fold polythene wrap. It is a soft cheese, produced from pasteurised cows milk and is made in Nanterre, just outside of Paris, France. This cheese is pale ivory in colour, has a creamy texture, and has a mild, light flavour.
The product must be kept refrigerated.
